Dr. Catherine Veillon has a passion for fostering holistic growth and psychological well-being, she is committed to providing impactful therapy and supervision that integrates psychodynamic and interpersonal approaches. Catherine completed her doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at Spalding University, where she developed clinical interest in young adults, trauma, relationship difficulties, depression and anxiety, OCD, and eating disorders. Catherine’s therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that our past experiences and interpersonal connections profoundly influence our present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors as well as our sense of self and well-being.

Catherine approaches therapy with warmth, empathy, and without judgment to promote clients’ self-discovery, growth, and healing.

Outside of work, Catherine enjoys reading, walking her dog, practicing yoga/Pilates, and spending time with friends and family.
